Shipping Policy

While most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped out. If the website says "preorder" please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. 

If your order says "delivered" by the carrier. Boulder Impressions Llc is not responsible. You must work with the carrier to get things sorted out. Boulder Impressions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products. 

Any packages/items returned back to us for "return to sender" will be charged the shipping fee, if we resend the item. so please make sure to check your address before placing orders.
