Custom Order Policy
At Boulder Impressions, every custom order is created with care and intention. To keep things clear and fair for everyone, please review the following terms before placing a custom order.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any custom work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or shipping. Orders will not be released until payment is complete.
Design Approval
A digital proof or mockup will be provided if applicable. Once the design is approved by the customer, no further edits or cancellations can be made.
Boulder Impressions is not responsible for errors such as names, dates, or colors that were approved by the customer.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because custom items are made specifically for you, all deposits are non-refundable. If you choose not to complete your order, the deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds will be issued once production has started.
Turnaround Time
Estimated production time will be provided at the time of order. Delays in deposit, payment, or design approval will extend turnaround time.
Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.
Pickup and Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Boulder Impressions is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages.
Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Local pickup may be arranged at no cost.
Unpaid or Abandoned Orders
Orders not paid in full within seven days of completion will be considered canceled. Deposits will not be refunded.
Boulder Impressions reserves the right to dispose of or repurpose unpaid orders after fourteen days.
Color and Print Variations
Due to screen settings, fabric differences, and printing methods, slight variations in color, placement, or scale may occur. These are not considered defects.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.
Boulder Impressions is not responsible for sizing issues once items are produced.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within three business days with photos.
After this window, we cannot guarantee replacements.
Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.
Boulder Impressions is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-provided content.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to decline custom orders that conflict with our brand values or mission.
Ownership of Designs
All artwork, designs, and mockups created by Boulder Impressions remain our property until the order is paid in full.
We reserve the right to display finished products on our website and social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
